Overall great professional customer service, from the first phone call all the way to the repair. Got me done same day I called on as well. Mr. Irwin did a great job, he was very polite and informative. Made quick, clean work of the pump replacement in my washer. Highly recommend.

Best service ever! I had started with another repair person who ripped me off. I had a friend recommend Atlas and I’m so lucky she did! On time, as promised, knew just what they were doing and got me up and running in no time for a good price. I’ll never call anyone but Atlas for future appliance repair. After talking to them on the phone, the repairman ordered the parts needed and fixed my washer on one trip. When my ice maker broke, the repairman had the parts on the truck to fix it on one trip also. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I received text and calls keeping me updated on when they would arrive. Reasonable prices.
